When are tickets on sale?

Tickets are on sale from September 9th 2024. Door tickets will be available if the event is not sold out. Click here to purchase tickets!

Why should I buy the tickets early?

Tickets purchased between September 9th and October 19th receive a presale discount! Head to our website for more information about the event.

Are there any fees?

Ticket fees are 2% + 30 cents which is included in the ticket price.

Where can I purchase tickets?

Tickets are available online, and at the door on the day of the event if not sold out. Click here to purchase tickets.

Can I give/sell my ticket to my friends?

Tickets cannot be resold for commercial gain. If we have reason to believe that tickets have been re-sold, they will be invalidated, and the holder will be refused admission. Please refer to our T&Cs here.

I purchased tickets for my friends, do we all have to arrive at the same time?

Each individual ticket can be sent to an individual email so everyone will have their own copy for when they arrive.

I was hacked and now Elon has my social media and email accounts, how can I get a replacement ticket?

Refunds?

Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase. Please refer to our T&Cs here.

Can I bring a carer with me?

Your Carer will have to purchase and present a valid ticket to the event to be allowed admittance.

What time is JAM Fest on?

12 PM (Midday). Keep an eye on our socials as we reveal our line and performance times. Keep in mind this is a full day’s festival so warm up those vocal chords for some calls and cheers!

Is JAM Fest seated?

JAM Fest will have both seating and standing areas available. Seats are not numbered or attached to your ticket so please feel free to relax and take a seat any time you feel the need. 

Can I leave and come back later?

Yes, pass-outs are okay. Please ensure your wristband is visible and shown to door staff when you return.

Where is JAM Fest being held?

JAM Fest is held at the Ashfield Town Hall, the building in front of the Ashfield Mall.

I am really young, do I have to drag my parents along?

Children under 13 years old will need to be accompanied by a ticket-holding adult.

Can I bring food and drink into the venue?

No food is to be brought into the building that is not in a resealable container. This includes take away food containers, paper bags, paper cups (even with a lid), coffee cups, or bags. Water bottles with a sealed lid are fine, as are thermoses, sealable plastic containers, and bottles with a screw cap. No glass, ceramic, or biodegradable packaging are permitted at JAM Fest. We reserve the right to request you to consume food outside.

Will there be things to buy at JAM Fest?

There will be no food and drink available inside the venue. The venue is next to Ashfield Mall where there are supermarkets and food courts open. JAM Fest Merch will be available and a few of the bands may have some merch available too! Keep an eye on our socials for more information. 

Can I take photos and videos? What kind of camera gear can I bring?

Yes you can take photos and videos on your phone, or a small camera. Tripods, on or off camera flash, remotes, stands, and camcorders are not permitted at JAM Fest and staff will ask you to remove the items from the venue. If you are affiliated with a band performing on the day, contact us and we can bring you into our super-secret-so-the-hand-shake-is-complicated photos and videos team!

How loud will JAM Fest be?

Due to the nature of live music JAM Fest will be louder than your average day sitting at your computer. JAM Fest staff recommend all attendees purchase ear protection to use at your discretion. There are many types available from your local pharmacy for only a few dollars.

What happens if there are changes to the event or it is cancelled? How will I be notified?

Email updates will be sent to all ticket holders in the event the event is cancelled or there are significant changes. We will also put out updates on our Instagram page so stay tuned!

Who can I speak to if I have an issue at the event?

Jam Fest staff can be identified by a name tag with STAFF written at the top and their name below. Please feel free to approach them if you have any issues on the day. Social media monitoring may be limited on the day so please reach out in person for any urgent inquiries.

What happens if I need medical attention at the event?

If you need medical assistance, we have staff members on-site who are trained in first aid and equipped with a first aid kit to assist with minor injuries or issues. For any major medical emergencies, please call 000 immediately and inform our staff so they can provide support until emergency services arrive. Please note that attendees are responsible for bringing their own medication for any chronic conditions (e.g., diabetes, asthma, allergies).
