We’re V2R Duo, bringing the Virtual 2 Reality. PitTan on violin and Helaine on piano will bring a variety of Japanese Video Game Music (VGM) and classic anime tunes to the table. Tunes are TBC.
Since debuting on YouTube in 2019, the V2R have covered a variety of juicy themes from games such as The Legend of Zelda, Final Fantasy and Fire Emblem. They’ve performed at multiple Sydney Conventions (such as SMASH!, Australian Sake Festival & USYD’s PopFest), collaborated with regional and international VGM musicians such as ‘The Consouls Band’, recorded for HoyoFair’s “Honkai: Star Rail Fan-Made Concert” and recorded VGM covers for audio streaming platforms. In addition, they’ve hosted a sold-out concert for the launch of their “Super Mario Galaxy” arrangement album in 2021 and successfully showcased multiple VGM concerts this year. V2R hopes to continue sharing video game music live with their Australian audience as well as internationally through social media platforms.
